Marketing Coordinator


Position’s Core Function

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team, supporting efforts across content creation, social media, email marketing, data analysis, market research, and light graphic design. This role will be instrumental in building brand visibility and engagement among SENT's audience.

  • Availability: Contract role for 15-20 hours per week

  • Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities 

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy.

  • Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and tracking performance metrics.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software)

  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
