About this position
As a Member Success Intern, you will play a crucial role in the success of SENT’s member engagement goals. Your primary focus will be to identify opportunities for improvement and offer actionable suggestions to reengage community members. You’ll conduct an audit of our current member base, brainstorm innovative strategies to reengage inactive members, and develop plans to maintain engagement across all members and member levels. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle special projects that directly enhance our member engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current member base to identify trends and areas of inactivity
Develop and propose creative strategies to reengage inactive members and enhance overall member engagement
Participate in and contribute to special projects aimed at improving member experiences and engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies for member engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
A genuine interest in community building and enhancing member experiences

Hours
This position is fully remote. Preference is for the intern to be available full-time.
The internship will take place from June to August/September 2025.
Compensation
The Member Success Intern will be given a stipend commensurate with experience. If the internship is for academic credit, SENT can assist with any paperwork needed to provide academic credits. The intern may also receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
