SENT is proud to welcome 15 new Fellows to the SENT Network!

Our new Fellows work in diverse industries—from consulting and software development to real estate and healthcare. There are many executive coaching communities and business accelerators, but these 15 ambitious builders joined the vibrantly Catholic and community-driven network that is SENT, and we couldn’t be more excited!

We are so encouraged to see these high impact entrepreneurs take this monumental step toward seeking personal growth, wholeness, and leadership development within Catholic community.

Enterprise Architect, Orion Advisor Solutions

With an impressive background in web development and software engineering, Kailash, was formerly Chief Technology Officer at Pantenix—a company dedicated to PDF conversions, acquired by Orion in 2021.

 

Jimmy Coleman

Founder, Grow & Give | LeadBaller
Jimmy is the founder of Grow & Give and its subsidiary lead-generation company LeadBaller, which he founded in 2020. Leadballer strictly works with B2B sales companies with a lifetime value between $10K and $10M per customer.

 

Mike Bianco

Software Engineer, Stripe

Mike is an entrepreneur and software engineer at Stripe, where he has worked since Stripe acquired his business, Suite Sync, in 2018. 

 

Daniel Catone

CEO, Golden State Wealth Management, LLC

Daniel is currently CEO of Golden State Wealth Management, whose financial advisors reportedly oversee more than $3 billion in assets. In June 2022, Investment News 40 Under 40 recognized Daniel as a top financial advisor.

 

Colin Devine

Co-Founder and COO, BotBuilt

Since 2021, Colin has been reinventing construction through innovative robotics alongside his team of former NASA engineers and robotics experts.

 

Fernando Barroso

Founder, Nibbio

In 2019, Fernando founded Nibbio, an IT Services and Consulting company based in Miami, Florida. He now employs more than 15 team members.

 

Edu Foss

Founder & CEO, Exodus Development, LLC

Edu brings years of experience and education to his venture Exodus—a Denver-based company decreasing rent through modular construction, which he founded in 2020.

 

Raul Hernandez Ochoa

Founder, Do Good Work

Raul started his bootstrapped consulting business in 2018. He has helped multiple clients with between $800K-$50M in revenue increase their growth and impact through his holistic, 3 stage cycle.

 

Dan Lorenz

President and Founder, Joe Knows Energy, LLC

In 2012, Dan—based in Columbus, Ohio—founded Joe Knows Energy to bring quality staffing and consulting services to energy and utility companies

 

Bryan Murdaugh

Co-Founder/CEO, Fivable, LLC

Bryan started Fivable in 2010 to help businesses become more compelling in their digital presentation through customized software systems.

 

Sondre Rasch

CEO and Co-Founder, SafetyWing

A graduate of Y Combinator, Sondre founded SafetyWing to provide remote workers and companies with quality insurance. SafetyWing has raised a total of $47M, including a Series B round.

 
 

Paul Robinson

President & CEO, Home of the Innocents

Home of the Innocents, a $50M+ non-profit organization, provides foster care, adoption services, therapeutic programs, and more to children in the Louisville, Kentucky area. In 2016, Paul assumed leadership as president, where he leads a team of 600+.

 

Thaddeus Ruszkowski

Vice President of Technology, Fuzati

Since 2015, Thaddeus has channeled his experience in technology and communications strategy into his work at Fuzati—a technology and marketing firm founded in 2008, that has served hundreds of primarily Catholic clients.

 

Ryan Stout

Founder & CEO, Arsenal

In 2017,  Stout, with a background in both photography and software, crowdfunded $3M to develop a revolutionary, AI-enabled “intelligent camera assistant.” Stout has sold over 100K units and has recently launched the next generation, Arsenal 2. 

 

Joseph Valentic

President and Founder, The Growth Advocate

Joseph brings years of executive leadership and consulting experience to The Growth Advocate—an advisory and consulting company for middle market businesses founded in 2019.
